TOUR
OF THE STAGECOACH
INN
The historic Stagecoach Inn was build by John Carson in 1858. Here
his family lived and operated a hotel for travelers from that time
until its doors closed in 1947. It was restored by Utah State Park
and Recreation Commission and dedicated as the "Camp Floyd
State Park - Stagecoach Inn" on May 16, 1964. |

In February in 1980, the officers of the Family Organization decided
to produce a movie about the lives of George and Ann Carson. There
was a great deal of information from a variety of sources, much
of it new. But is was in no organized form. They decided to organize
it, blending it with known Church history, to provide a catalog
of the information they did have, and to provided a bases for the
movie. |

Saints. Although they did not leave any instructions for their posterity
by which they wish to be remembered. There is one source, however
that records their testimonies as they were given in meetings during
their lifetime. |
