The William Huff Carson Home

(Turn to your left at this corner and walk back toward town)

Of the five Carson brothers who originally came to Fairfield, only two stayed, John and his brother William. Their brothers George and Washington were killed by Indians, and David moved to Cache Valley. William's home was on the corner at the end of this block. If you are tired, turn left here and return to the Inn. On the way you will pass where the Walker Brothers had their store. If you want to go on to the cemetary turn right and walk north to the end of the street to the place where Bill Hickman lived.
